Events must be booked at least 6 months in advance.

Complete the Holiday Special Form in full. Incomplete forms will not be considered.
The form must include:
* A specific event date.
* Venue details (if booked) or the address of a private location.

Events must have a confirmed venue or private location at the time of form submission

This offer applies only to events in the Long Island, NY area.

Availability

This offer is limited to one full-service event per month.

Dates are subject to availability and will be assigned based on the order of form submissions.

​Form Review and Follow-Up
-
Once you submit the completed form, we will review it and contact you within 48 hours.

If your selected date is already booked, you will be placed on a waiting list.

Consultation and Deposit

After confirming availability, we will schedule an initial consultation call.

A $300 non-refundable deposit is required during the first consultation to secure your event date.

If the deposit is not received during the consultation, the next client on the waiting list will be contacted.
​Waiting List

If your preferred date is unavailable, you’ll be added to the waiting list.

Clients on the waiting list will be contacted within 48 hours if a date becomes available.

Confirmation Process

The booking is not considered final until the $300 deposit is received.

Dates are officially confirmed during the first consultation call.

General Terms

This promotion is only valid for bookings made during the Holiday Special period.

All bookings are subject to our standard contract and policies.
